With the oil prices soaring to a new high,petrol is also becoming dearer owing to the taxes levied by the Indian government.And this eats away a major chunk of our citizens purse.The government is also suffering owing to high subsidies on fuel products.If the fuel prices go on increasing everything will come to a standstill.The prices doesnot seem to comedown for now, hence we have to try to reduce our fuel consumption by switching to renewable sources which are cheap and also easily available.One thing is that we can replace bikes that run on petrol by electric ones(that are battery operated). This seems to be an attractive one to the people who really are environment conservative.These battery operated bikes aren't priced high and also cost less than the petrol bikes. They also give better mileage & consume very less power per kilometer.It is easy to maintain and is also energy efficient with zero emission.Hence these e-bikes are going to be the next generation bikes. Hence by lesss depending on petrol we can save our money and also less the burden the government is facing due to subsidies.
