HTC were the first to launch the full touch screen handset HTC Touch HD. And now they are launching another handset, HTC Max 4G which has GSM and WiMax technology.The phone will be sold by the Russian Yota Mobile WiMax network in the country.It will be launched in other countries later.


WiMAX represents a new era of mobile computing, where large file transfers, video calls, movies on demand, online gaming, live television,and truly mobile VoIP are standard features for pocketable phones.


The phone will have a features of 3.8" 480 X 800 pixel display and WVGA resolution with touch screen,a 5 MP primary cam and a VGA secondary cam.The MAX 4G comes with a 528 MHz processor; 256MB ROM, 288MB RAM, and 8GB of flash memory; Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro with HTC's TouchFlo 3D UI; GPS It will also be able to hop between GSM and WiMax networks. It will be powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 and will have a TouchFlo 3D interface.
